Aliens and other Exotics in PointWorld

PointWorld running on CyberGate from Black Sun Interactive featured some of the wildest avatar costumery of the event. Like a creature straight out of Aliens, this partygoer scared the daylights out of us! PointWorld allows you to build your own avatars and link in your own homeworld in Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML).

Avatar Gallery, costuming for alien lives

Renata Funke, our resident multi-linguist, conversed with Deborah of Black Sun in French to bring some of the French melee over from the Palace party. Partygoers explored the many links from PointWorld out into the broader VRML universe.
