Attending Avatars98 is easy (of course you have to be able to get to a computer connected to the internet). Simply download and install the virtual world software of your choice, start the software while online and enter the world. Before November 21st, get some practice navigating around and communicating with the people (represented as their avatars) who you will find there. As we get closer to the conference date, check out the Big Board for conference events that interest you and when they are occuring in your local time zone. On November 21st, start the virtual world software and try to get to the area (arrive a little early, it might get crowded!).
